Notice Of Motions
14 Councillor Cuthbertson to move -

That Mid Ulster District Council acknowledges the significant failings in the Department for Infrastructure (DfI) Roads Service winter maintenance programme, particularly in relation to pothole repairs, gritting operations, and the provision of grit piles. The Council further notes with concern that the Western Divisional Manager, who met with Council at its November meeting to discuss these issues, has since moved posts. Council therefore calls for an urgent meeting to be arranged as soon as possible with the newly appointed Western Divisional Manager to address these ongoing concerns around winter maintenance and staffing levels in section offices.
